There is no one like you. There never has been and never will be. Each student we’ve worked with is one of a kind. They’re designed to be different from the crowd, designed to stand out, and designed to bring something only they can into the world. Each time I work with a new student, I’m on the edge of my seat with excitement. I’m excited to learn what makes them unique, what makes him or her stand out from anyone else. I wait patiently to see how they’ll bring beauty and creativity to the world that only they can bring.

Often, people think the primary job of a tutor is to help the student get better grades. At Thrive, we do hope their grades improve; but, the main reason we tutor is to set students’ hearts on fire with the belief that their life is meaningful. We empower them with the courage to take risks, to stand out, and to have a life that is impactful to others. The world continually reminds us to get small, fit in, and not let yourself be seen.

We believe each tutoring session is an opportunity to equip our students to stand tall, get gritty, and build skills to fully live into the person they’re meant to be. We believe all students can grow, and we allow them to make mistakes as they try as we wait expectantly for success to come. Most importantly, throughout the whole process, we celebrate our students like crazy! It truly is the best job in the world. Thank you for allowing us to work with your child.
