At Thrive we develop the whole child. With our assessment and coaching tools we are integrating research and science into tutoring. Our assessment creates an “attitude and behavioral profile.” This assessment profile can then be compared to real-world data benchmarks for college and career success. This gives families actionable insights and a clear developmental map for growth and hitting their goals.

Below is a sample report of our Core Readiness Attributes. These are the essential attitudes and behaviors that allow students (and adults) to thrive inside and outside the classroom. The yellow band on the circle represents objective data for college and career success. This is built upon thousands of assessments that have been aggregated to generate real-world baselines for a thriving life.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Assessment-driven coaching is generally available for students (8th grade and above) and parents. Thrive managers may require a screening call to assess readiness. We have built out two different service options based on client goals and needs.
